Who we are, what we collect (nothing), and how to get in touch.
The Handley Cup & Parson's Plate stats site is a fan-run, non-commercial project celebrating the history of the Hallam darts society's tournaments. It is run by members of the society as a hobby. It is not an official website of Sheffield Hallam University or of any league, sponsor or governing body, and nothing on it is endorsed by them.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. There are no accounts, no forms and no comments, and we don't collect or store any information about people who visit. Fonts are hosted on this site itself, so nothing is sent to Google or anyone else when a page loads.
Like any website, the hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP addresses, as part of running their service. We don't have access to that information. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.
The only outside links are to Instagram and GitHub. If you follow it, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.
The site shows tournament results, statistics, nicknames and short write-ups about people who have played in Handley Cup or Parson's Plate events, along with some photos. This is information from the society's own events, shared in good spirit. Nicknames, write-ups, rankings and predictions are meant to be light-hearted and are not serious statements about anyone.
If you appear on the site and you'd like your name, nickname, photo, write-up or any other detail corrected, changed or removed, just message us on Instagram at @hallamdarts and we'll sort it as quickly as we can, no questions asked.
Results and stats have been put together from the society's records and memory, and some early seasons have gaps. Where a stat wasn't recorded it is marked as not tracked. We do our best, but we can't guarantee everything is complete or error-free. If you spot a mistake, let us know through Instagram.
Rankings (including the Power Rankings) are a points formula for fun, and the Draw Predictor is for entertainment only.
Any names, trademarks or logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify things. Photos are shared with the people in them in mind. If you're in a photo and would rather it wasn't here, tell us and we'll take it down.
